I bought a pair of foam mattresses from Kurlon on 29th March 2013. One of the mattress has a manufacturing defect and was confirmed by the visiting executive from Kurlon customer care. However the dealer, named Ankur Khanna, M/S Akarshan Mattress from Kirti Nagar, is not replacing the mattress sighting one excuse after another. This is very frustrating and annoying. This was not expected of a reputed company like Kurlon.
My complaint number is TN45240 as registered with Kurlon customer care. I propose to take this matter not only in local press but also ufile a case in consumer court if my mattress is not changed as early as possible. I will seek damages for the mental harassment caused due to the delay and physical injury caused due to sleeping on the defective mattress.
